About the Role
As a Production Technician at Simiron, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing of our high-performance coating systems. From batching raw materials to operating production equipment and assisting with packaging and quality control, you’ll help ensure that every product meets our exacting standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited for dependable individuals who value precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, mix, and batch materials according to strict formulas and safety procedures
- Operate filling, labeling, and packaging machinery
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Perform routine quality control checks and report inconsistencies
- Track inventory usage and notify leads of low stock levels
- Follow all company SOPs and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with line leads, warehouse staff, and quality assurance teams
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Forklift experience a plus (training available)
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate
